I've borrowed WineRev's numbering (though not at all his style!), adding a update for today, because of a significant late development:

The Court in the Coleman v. Franken Election Contest issued an order this afternoon that both parties submit briefs by tomorrow at 4:00 pm, as to whether CATEGORIES of ballots are permissible under Minnesota law. They detail 19 different categories, covering most of the categories originally introduced by the Contestant (Coleman), for example:

  1. An absentee ballot within a non-registered voter absentee ballot return envelope on which the voter failed to sign the the certification's signature box but did sign the absentee ballot return envelope elsewhere.

The hearing on these submissions will be on Thursday at 1:00 pm.
